Dear all, here is the draft of the third third of my paper for ICM 2018. Corrections and comments are very welcome! This part is around the feasibility of quantum computers.

    I see 3 occurrences of “??” in the document. Perhaps the labels in \ref are off.

    just some typos, I have seen on pg.9:
    “for cases were a rigorous mathematical framework” – were should be where
    “textscBoson Sampling” – the “textsc” appearing also elsewhere in the text
    “BosonSampling” without a whitespace, – appearing also elsewhere in the text
